As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive:

  • Tracking details including courier partner and tracking ID

You can use these details to track your shipment in real time.

Delivery Attempts

Our delivery partners will make 2 delivery attempts before returning the package to us. If you are unavailable during delivery, we recommend coordinating directly with the courier partner using the tracking information shared with you. For assistance, feel free to contact our support team.
