1. Return Eligibility

Returns will only be accepted in the following cases:

  • The wrong product was delivered
  • The package is tampered with at the time of delivery

Customers must report the issue within 48 hours of delivery.

if you have genuine issues with the product, please get in touch with us with as detailed information as possible including product images, batch number of the product etc to solve this

  • In some cases, store credit may be provided instead of a refund

4. Replacement Policy

Instead of a refund, customers may request a replacement

  • The item was damaged during transit
  • The wrong product was delivered

    1. Can I return a food product after opening it?

    No. Due to food safety and hygiene reasons, opened products cannot be returned unless there is a quality issue.

    Please take photos immediately and contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
